Free workflow and automation audit
for companies.

In 20 minutes, we show which 3-5 repeatable tasks, integrations, internal tools, or IT fixes are worth doing first. AI when it actually helps. Automation, integrations, and normal IT work when they solve the problem.

Bring one manual workflow or IT bottleneck: invoices, inboxes, leads, follow-ups, reports, integrations, internal tools, or messy handoffs. We'll tell you what is worth automating, what needs an IT fix, and what should stay human.

What we're not

If you've worked with "AI agencies" before,
you know why demos and production are not the same thing.

  • NOT

No-code-only teams stitching everything in Zapier and Make.

    US

We use no-code when it fits and production code when reliability matters.

  • NOT

Consultants who ship slide decks, not systems.

    US

You get working software and a runbook, not a deck at the end of the quarter.

  • NOT

Agencies pitching a chatbot on your site.

    US

We automate the work behind the site: inboxes, CRM, documents, reports.

  • NOT

Delivery teams where the account manager is the main person you meet.

    US

You work directly with the engineers building the automation.

  • NOT

    12-month "AI transformation" programmes.

    US

Free audit in 20 minutes. Build, integrate, or fix the IT only if there is a clear case.

How we work

Start with the audit. Then choose the right fix, not just the trendy one.

  1. Step 01 20 min

    Free audit

We ask about one real workflow: who touches it, which tools are involved, where data is copied, and what happens when something gets stuck.

  2. Step 02 3-5 tasks

    Improvement shortlist

On the call, we identify the tasks worth automating first, the integrations or tools that would help, and anything that needs process cleanup before code.

  3. Step 03 2-6 weeks

    First build or IT fix

If the audit shows a clear win, we scope the smallest useful automation, integration, internal tool, or IT service and ship it like production software.

Stack

We know what tool fits what job.

LLMs where they are the right answer, real code everywhere reliability matters, and honest no-code glue for the parts that don't justify a build.

Questions

Answered before you ask.

Is this just ChatGPT in a wrapper?

No. We use LLMs where they help with extraction, classification, and drafting. Everywhere the workflow needs predictable behavior, we use normal code, APIs, queues, logs, and validation.

What is the free workflow audit?

A 20-minute call where we look at one manual workflow or IT bottleneck and name 3-5 useful improvements: automation, integrations, internal tools, process cleanup, or other IT work.

Is the audit really free?

Yes. The audit call is free. If automation or IT work does not make sense, we will say so. If it does, you can decide whether you want a scoped build proposal.

What should I bring to the audit?

Bring one messy workflow or IT problem: invoices, leads, CRM updates, follow-ups, inbox handling, reporting, integrations, internal tools, or a process that still depends on spreadsheets and manual copying.

Do you only do AI projects?

No. The audit may lead to using AI, but it may just as well lead to a system integration, internal tool, dashboard, data cleanup, automation, or regular IT service. We pick what solves the problem.

How long does a build take after the audit?

Most focused builds take two to six weeks. After the audit, we can outline the smallest useful version, the integrations involved, and the likely timeline.

What happens when it breaks?

Every build ships with a runbook and a 30-day fix window. Retainers available if you would rather not touch it yourself; otherwise you own it outright.

How do you handle our data?

We sign an NDA before the audit. Production systems run in your infrastructure, not ours. LLM calls go to providers you approve, on regions you approve.

Do you work in Polish?

Tak, pracujemy również po polsku. Codzienna praca i kontrakty po polsku lub angielsku.

Where are you based?

Gdańsk, Poland. We work remotely across EU time zones. On-site visits possible within the Baltic / Nordic region.

What does it typically cost?

The audit is free. Paid work starts only if we scope a build after the audit. The price depends on integrations, data quality, reliability requirements, and whether the right answer is automation, an internal tool, or another IT service.

Who owns the code?

You do, outright. Source, credentials, runbook, and deployment access transfer at closeout. The retainer is optional ongoing support, not a lock-in.

Can we start small?

Yes. The best first build is usually one narrow workflow with a clear time-saving target. The audit exists to find that starting point before anyone writes code.
